★★★★★“Rent some bikes with my group of friends recently. We came slightly after closing time but the staff was incredibly considerate, warmth and kind. Thank you so much Uncle for being such an accommodating person! You are a gem 💎”
★★★★★“Had a really great experience renting from GoCycling at Changi Airport T2! The bikes are a little on the older side, but everything was still working fine and honestly the prices more than make up for it. They’ve got some really good promos too like a free 3rd hour on weekends and even 50% off during your birthday month, which is a nice touch. Special shoutout to Uncle Ng who was super friendly and helpful. He even gave us his number so we could contact him in case anything happened during our ride, which made us feel a lot more at ease. Overall, great value and a smooth, enjoyable cycling experience. Would definitely come back again 👍”
★★★★★“The bike we rent spoilt halfway through the journey to East Coast Park. The bicycle chain came loose. It already came loose when we tried on it at the shop, but the uncle fix it back. We should have insisted the uncle to change another bicycle for us. End up, I tried fixing it myself to put the bicycle chain back. It worked but my hands already full with grease. The bicycles came in a very badly maintained condition. I won't recommend renting from them. But to be fair, the uncle was nice and polite at the shop, making the renting experience slightly nicer.”
★★★★★“I had great experience with this outlet as the older uncle staff, Mr Ng, was very helpful and friendly. He thought of helping me to change the gear so that I will have a easy time cycling and even called and message us when we were on the way to another outlet to ask us whether we can make it in time to the other outlet so that we will not have to pay extra if we took a longer time than we paid for. He also helped us to handle a difficult situation that we had and both me and my friend were really grateful for his kind act that he didn’t have to do.”
